This is a 90 minute in-home emergency computer service for $295, available during our regular business hours. We come to your home or business location to diagnose and troubleshoot urgent computer problems when waiting for a regular appointment isn't practical.

If your computer suddenly stops working, won't boot, won't turn on, loses power, or develops another problem that you consider urgent, Priority Emergency Computer Service is available to provide an expedited response during business hours.

During regular business hours, we aim to respond to Priority Emergency Service requests within one hour, subject to technician availability.
The appointment provides up to 90 minutes of emergency computer service at your home or business location.

Computer emergencies can be disruptive whether the computer is used at home or for business.
A failed computer can interfere with work, communication, school, financial activities, customer service, or other important tasks. For businesses, an employee's computer suddenly failing can also interrupt normal operations.
Our emergency service is intended for individual computer problems that require immediate attention. It is not an ongoing business IT support or managed IT service.

What Happens During the Emergency Appointment?
Our technician will evaluate the problem and determine what can reasonably be accomplished during the 90 minute appointment.
Depending on the situation, the technician may diagnose the problem, troubleshoot hardware or software, make appropriate repairs, or determine that the computer needs to be brought to our shop for additional work.
If additional repair is required, we will explain what is needed and what the next steps are.
Some Repairs Need to Come to Our Shop
Not every emergency computer problem can be completely repaired at home or at a business location.
Hardware repairs, extensive data recovery, major data transfers, component replacement, and repairs requiring specialized equipment may need to be completed at our San Marcos shop.
Our Computer Repair department handles desktop, laptop, and Mac repairs.
Our Hardware Repair & Upgrades department handles many hardware-related problems and upgrades.
Our Software & Security department handles software problems, Windows issues, malware removal, and other security-related computer problems.
Priority Emergency Service Price
$295 for a 90 minute emergency computer appointment.
Priority Emergency Computer Service is a separate emergency service and is not eligible for the $75 Priority Service add-on.
Any parts, additional repairs, shop work, data recovery, or other services required beyond the emergency appointment are handled separately.
Priority Emergency Service Hours
Priority Emergency Computer Service is available during our regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
During business hours, we aim to respond to emergency service requests within one hour, subject to technician availability.
